1975-1976: Studied music at Richland College under
friend, Paul Guerrero, of Woody Herman fame
1975-1985: Mentor and friend: Jimmy (JZ) Zitano:
(Jazz Workshop in Boston, Billie Holiday, Al Hurt, etc.) JZ is the
reason Mr. Duncan calls himself “DC”
